Mobile homes are divided in one or two bedrooms, kitchen with dinette and bathroom with hot shower. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs. They are equipped with cookware, dishes and blankets. Sheets, car parking and air condition (where it exist) are extra. Towels are not avaliable. Included in the cost are the consumption of gas, electricity, water and final cleaning. Animals are not allowed. No smoking

Payment must be done 50% upon booking with a deposit and the balance upon arrival. In case of cancellation before 30 days of arrival will be returned 70% of the deposit, 15 days before the 35% of the deposit, no refund for cancellation within 15 days or for non-arrival.

IN CASE OF DELAYED ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE THE CORRISPECTIVE SHOULD BE PAID FOR THE ENTIRE RESERVED PERIOD
